Can Melissa Joan Hart Explain This One?

Melissa Joan Hart is being accused of some pretty ugly things by a former employee, including racial profiling and discrimination. The problems supposedly happened at a candy store the former actress owns. Some people know her as Sabrina The Teenage Witch, but I grew up watching her on Clarissa Explains It All. Back then, she was huge. Even after that show fell apart, she suddenly came back as Sabrina. I guess her next move was to invest in the candy business, because she apparently opened a store called Sweet Harts. One employee there didn?t find the way she was treated to be sweet at all. A woman named Shana Kharineh claims that Hart discriminated against her based on her race, and even held back money that she owed her. One example from the lawsuit is that Hart supposedly told Kharineh that she couldn?t wear black because it didn?t look ?appropriate? alongside her dark skin. Even worse, the woman says she was forced to work tons of overtime without being paid for it, and was made fun of by the other workers.
